  Victor was called to check on our heating system for no heat coming out . He found our air filter covering with inch of dust and the heat exchange water was dirty . He explained to my husband that we need to address the issue to the strata as no maintenance for the building in place . There is nothing wrong with our valve as told by the building manager .

  Below is what I wrote the last time I contracted their great service and professional experience. Today I would not change one word of all I stated when I wrote the following;

Victor and his wife Adel are absolutely professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Adel runs the office and is on top of appointments and scheduling which she approaches cheerfully and politely with customers.

Victor is an experienced master tradesman, who is professional, accurate with his workmanship, detailed and he takes the time to clearly explain what he is doing and the reason/s he is doing such servicing/replacement. Victor is very conscientious about being careful within one’s home and he leaves a home as if he had not been there after his servicing. No mess no fuss whatsoever.

The bill for work;
WOW! Such a GREAT DEAL for very professional servicing and parts replacement. Victor and Adel are EXCELLENT in all ways that one would expect for high quality service and repairs at a very reasonable price. Fairy Stone HVAC will always perform my future work and I will tell all my neighbors about them. For certain, this is a 5+ star business.

Thank you for great service and work... Gregory

  Fantastic HVAC service! Victor was punctual, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the standards clearly, teach us about the system, and make thoughtful recommendations without any pressure.

Victor is an excellent HVAC consultant—helpful, thorough, and genuinely great to work with. Fairy Stone is fantastic, and I highly recommend them!
