  What started with me just wanting to get the pilot light of my fireplace repaired/replaced ended up at $1250 later for 5 hours' work on my fireplace. Sure there were parts costs etc, but almost $800 of the $1250 was for labour. Almost $160 per hour. And that's after a $50 discount...
Is it working? For now, yes. Was Victor friendly? Yes. Was it worth the money? Absolutely not. Will I use them again? No.

  Knowledgeable and professional in answering everything.  Full cleaning for the first time since installation so Victor (the owner) did an efficiency test to let us know if there is any deficiency.
